Never received our food, but cancelled the order after waiting for an hour and a half for 2 medium pizzas. The driver hadn't even picked the order up. Ordered at 4:30, text confirming delivery in 9 minutes at 4:50. At 6pm, husband asked where pizza was (I had to leave). I checked the app and that's when it said the DoorDash driver was still picking my order up and expected delivery was by 6:30. The store nor app never notified us it would take 2 hours for 2 medium pizzas? We will never order from there again, no wonder they are having trouble with their customer base, they have zero customer service skills.

We ordered 4 items in the papa pairings deal. 2 out of the 4 were absolutely terrible (to us they were not edible) and the 3 rd was just okay... Not the quality we usually receive from Papa John's. The 4th item was great (as usual!)The 2 Papa Dilla's were highly disappointing they were made on thick pizza crust then just folded in half ..i still have the items as like I said we were disappointed and they did not look appetizing at all.If the store was out ot the ingredientsor any items needed to make them , they could have called to let me know after they reviewed my order and i would have ordered something different. The other 2 items ordered in the deal were a medium pepperoni pizza ( and this item was "just okay" it was as if the pizza had been cooked tilted or something since most of the sauce and toppings were on side of the pizza. The 4th item was the brownies and those were delicious! No complaints on my brownies.. the other items ordered was a large thin crust pizza with pineapple and Canadian bacon . I did not order it to be half cheese and half toppings but is that is how i received, it. I have pictures of all the items. I typically do not complain to restaurants and have not ever had to submit a complaint to papa John's because up until not i have had nothing but exceptional service and great quality food items . However this is my first time ordering from this location, so i dont know if it is a location thing or just a (🤞) one time mess up. Anyway sorry for the long review/complaint but i am hoping that next time (if there is a next time) from this location that things will be as they usually are .

I ordered a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza and a cheese and pineapple pizza. These people have the nerve to deliver me a pizza with pineapple and cheese and then the other pizzas the cheese pizza and the pepperoni pizza was just bread a little bit of sauce and a little bit of sprinkles of cheese around the side Are you kidding me? So I called the manager and I said I know y’all did not deliver me two pizzas we just bread a little bit of sauce and some sprinkles of cheese. He gonna tell me to hold on and never came back on the car I held for a whole hour They are out of line. I understand that you don’t like your job but we spend our good money that we work hard for like you at the job working hard for your money to have our stuff made the right way this is crazy.

Order a pizza and added beef to it, got the pizza delivered (via DoorDash) and there’s no beef. I called the store a little frustrated as to why there was no beef. Guy working fixed the problem very well. He told me he could get a new one delivered asap and that the DoorDash guy was supposed to tell me about the issue. We decided just to go pick it up and the guy handed me a new pizza and even offered a drink for the mistake. Thank you Papa John’s for having great problem resolution!

Bought 4 Heart Shapes pies for my team on Valentines Day. Thin crust with pepperoni. Excellent! Will definitely buy more! Taste so good! I just wish they were cut we didn’t have a pizza cuter.
