Haven't been to Pollo Loco in a while and I wont be coming back anytime soon. Seems like Pollo Loco is going under or something. Paid $24.45 for half chicken meal and the chicken does not taste right at all. Taste like its been thawed and refrozen or its been sitting at room temp for long time? Im not sure. But the last 3 times ive been to this store all e times the food was terrible. But that seems to be the trend nowadays days. It just seems to me no one cares about quality anymore but what do I expect from fast food? Right ? It sucks that you cant get a decent meal for least than $30 bucks. I cant even eat the chicken. So $25 dollar sides ...smh

After not going back to this location after several months due to ALWAYS not getting the order correct, decided to try again seeing as they are about 2 blocks away. However they once again messed up the order. We detest cilantro, therefore we ordered 4 tacos al carbon with NO cilantro, they repeated back NO cilantro but alas get home and all 4 tacos were loaded with cilantro and no onions (that are also supposed to be on the tacos). $21.00 lunch in the trash. Simple request but apparently to hard for this location to achieve.

Food has always tasted great and 99.9% of the times the orders are accurate. Drive thru is fast as well. I mostly get the habanero chicken. It's really good.

I ordered the corn boil bowl for the first time. I will say it’s where is the five bucks! You can’t go wrong. It’s filled with a lot of goodness for your tummy.
