Estela the manager refused to remake my caramel iced coffee because it was so watered down. She said no then I asked for just a side of caramel and I’d put it in myself She proceeded to tell me I had to pay extra for that RIDICULOUS. It was such a simple and easy thing to fix and keep a customer happy. But no she needed to be rude and have attitude for no reason when I asked nicely.

Went after shopping at costco. No line which we thought was great. Food came out quick and everything was hot. Should of know better from it being McDonald's. I just spent $46.11 and when I got home I found out that none of the burgers have the bottom buns. I have no idea how someone would forget the bottom of the bun when that's how you start to build a burger. I tried calling the store no answer. If you go to this location make sure you don't just check the top bun make sure they give you the bottom buns.

I have been going to this location for over 10 yrs. On a few occasions I have had issues when I purchase coffee and only at this location. It was explained it was the machine that dispenses cream. It should never be okay to serve a beverage that looks like this, and why this has not been corrected is unacceptable.Today I asked for cream on the side, but was given this.
