Surely this store is closing! It's unfortunate for 'any' person or persons spending hard earned money at this degradable place and feel they've received equal and fair treatment.Look at the photos....It's hard to believe that a paying customer would receive a sandwich with the lid of a ketchup bottle INSIDE laying underneath lettuce. You cannot convince me that the cook (whomever) made this sandwich and never noticed this gross and nauseating issue???Either the person was 'high' on some substance 'or' it was intentional. Whatever the case, it has ENDED any future trips there or any other Burger King for that matter. Whataburger - Thank You!When returning to the store with this trash in hand AND my receipt confirming I had purchased my sandwich there, the "acting" assistant manager was in a deep conversation that I she (Cinthia) didn't see me standing there for nearly 5 minutes and the 'cook' she was speaking with never felt it was his duty to inform her that a customer was standing awaiting service.Needless to say, I was supposed to receive a refund that never posted to my account 'and' I have NEVER returned there. When viewing past comments from other diners, it strongly suggests this place is less than trash, it's deplorable. The Health Dept truly needs to visit this place 'unannounced' with one goal in mind - to shut it down!!!This is the type of service quality residents in this area have come to expect. It's just that saddening. #PleaseShutItDown

Why do they always “forget” to add my sauces ? Is it that difficult to read that I wanted a sauce with my chicken fries and onion rings. I also asked for extra ice and got like 3 Ice cubes 😫. And if I try to speak on their mic they never hear me

Stopped in for a quick breakfast bite on my way to a work training. I ordered from the kiosk and my food was ready pretty quickly. When I grabbed my food I pointed out that the ketchup dispenser said it was supposed to be emptied the night prior by end of day, so they gave me some packets that were covered in dried syrup. The food was as expected and after I wanted to wash the syrup off my hands, but they have to buzz you into the bathrooms as they have magnetic locks. Before I left I checked and they didn't clean and replace the ketchup dispenser.

I had an amazing experience at this Burger King! Hands down, it was the best burger fresh, juicy, and perfectly made, What really stood out, though, was how clean the place was From the floors to the counters, everything looked spotless, and it even smelled fresh the moment I walked in. You don’t always expect that from fast food spots, but this location went above and beyond. Definitely coming back!

It’s a tight squeeze to get into this location, and the drive-through can be challenging if you’re driving anything but a compact car. You often have a little bit of a weight as I don’t think many staff work at this location at any given time, but they are very friendly and we’ve never had a problem with the food. One thing worth mentioning is in the past several times that I have visited, a gentleman has emerged from the bushes next to the payment window, asking for someone to buy him something while he’s there. I understand this isn’t the business problem per se, but when the staff was asked about it, they hand waved it away, saying he was harmless to ignore him.
