Came here for an early dinner. Very few people at around 530pm. The only server was courteous and very attentive. Food was good. Pancakes were slightly less fluffy than previous but was still good. the country fried steak had little gravy but was as tasty as I remember.

I was halfway done eating my avocado toast when the egg fell off and the avocado was discolored. I didn't check the food before eating because that's not what one wants to do when eating so I guess maybe it's my fault for eating half of it. Either way I stopped going to IHOP a while ago and this is a reminder as to why. So much for fresh ingredients.

What a welcoming experience from the hostesses to the servers. Everyone was friendly, especially Capitán. We visited on peak hours Sunday and although he was seated 3 tables at once, he executed great service, food delivery, followed up to ensure we had everything needed for our breakfast. Brianna also walked by and was friendly and welcoming. Overall, we’ll be back. Thank you.

I highly recommend the blueberry lemonade!! The food was good, service was fast, our waiter was friendly and kind. The restaurant was clean. They had to make some substitutions for my chicken sandwich due to my allergies and did with kindness and it perfect. Also love that I could have half fries half onion rings.

My mom and I came to eat here. We got the buttermilk pancakes. They were okay, nothing fancy. We were served by Alyssa, she was great! We're sorry we didn't leave a larger tip. It was cold inside and it smelled like weed. Long wait for food, up to 30 minutes.
