Advertisement says "download our app for free burger" so i do. It doesnt show up on the app. The girl at the counter says idk i dont use the app. Rowan the mgr isnt very good at customer service either. BAIT AND SWITCH ON THE APP. ROWAN SAID THE FREE BURGER "might" Be available in a few days in the app. Total bait and switch to get you in the door. . . .wasted 20 min of my time. Guess where i wont spend my money. Ever. This place is poorly ran im positive people in charge could care less how i got treated. Wouldve been SUPERA EASY TO HONOR YOUR ADVERTISEMENT AND HAND ME A BURGER. INSTEAD. I was one week in Phoenix and tested several burger places, among them In n Out, McDonalds, Culvers and this place. Whataburer easily took the win! A nice big patty, tasty fresh onions and a very well stacked burger. Absolutely fantastic!

A little sketchy location but good food as always. Got the jalapeño burger and fries. Delicious fries. Plenty of jalapeños. Love their ketchup. Place wasn't super clean but it was pretty busy. Prices were normal for the area. Service was friendly and quick. Not sure if I'd go back to this location but I love Whataburger.

Great customer service , the manager had a smile and was so helpful ( I didn’t catch her name) and the tall young man with glasses was also great!My husband chose whataburger for his meal before being admitted into the hospital for emergency heart surgery this! This is the closest Whataburger to my home, They closed the one on Indian School across from the QT. But I was just there this afternoon. And Enjoyed the Dr. Pepper Blackberry Shake. They say it's a limited time deal. I'm going to miss it when it's gone it's delicious. I Prefer Whataburger over IN & OUT I never could get what all the fuss is over that restaurant. I Think Whataburger is so much better.
