One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.I placed my order the day before, thinking it would save time. When I arrived, the restaurant had no idea about my order. The “manager” was immediately rude and dismissive. I had to give him my order all over again, even though I was already running late and had ice melting in my car—exactly the reason I ordered ahead in the first place.When I finally got my food, I was missing a large fries. I told the staff, and the girl insisted I only ordered one. I knew I hadn’t, but she kept pushing back. I had to dig through my email to prove that I had, in fact, ordered two. Once I showed her, she walked to the back and started talking trash about me to her manager. I could clearly tell by their body language and facial expressions.She finally brought out the missing fries, but they were half the size of the original. I told her this was unacceptable. I had already been waiting for nearly 40 minutes for what should’ve been a quick in-and-out visit. She walked off again, laughing, then came back and asked for the box. At that point, I was over it. I declined and told her how unprofessional the whole situation was.I asked for the GM’s contact info, and was told they were "in the middle of switching GMs." Throughout this entire mess, the manager only came out once and offered no real help.The food was so dry and cold!! they definitely weren’t fresh wings. To make the situation even better. 🤦🏽‍♀️ at that point, I should’ve just asked for a refund because my boys did not eat them.Absolutely unacceptable service. I will not be coming back

I’ll start off by saying my wrap was delicious and so were my fries. However, I’ve never had service that bad before. It was relatively slow and our waiter kept going to every single table and wouldn’t even make eye contact with us. We didn’t have water for almost 45 minutes and asked TWICE for it. Then he forgot someone’s beer and then he also never took any plates or empty cups away so our table was crowded the whole time. He never checked on us to see if our food was right, if we enjoyed it or even if we needed anything. I’ve never had service that bad before and I’m not really picky but my goodness, at least look at us. Don’t eat here unless it’s takeout. Terrible terrible terrible.

This was my first time at this location. Upon entering this restaurant, we had to wait for the employees to finish their conversations before greeting us. We ordered nachos, chicken wings and fries. Our waiter ghosted us and there were people standing behind our booth while we ate, which was uncomfortable. The customer service was poor but the food was delicious.

Went in to get take out. 20 boneless wings are 24.99, so over a dollar a wing! We ordered 4 flavors and blue cheese to go with. The salt and vinegar ones were dried up and the other one's weren't even warm. This was about 12:30 pm. The blue cheese was like a cheap watery one that lacked flavor. Glad we used a gift card because I would have been very upset wasting money on less than mediocre food for that price!
