I ordered food from this place multiple times. Not ordering there ever again. Tried giving them a chance but every time they always forget to add salt onto the burger and fries. Their sweet tea is always expired as well. I ordered on door dash and my burger is burnt and they forgot my sauces which were ranch and buffalo! I paid for those sauces but got nothing in the bag. Disappointed!

I visited the McDonald’s on 32nd St & Broadway, and it was one of the worst customer service from experiences I’ve ever had. The woman Briana working as the manager on duty was extremely rude, condescending, and even laughed in my face when I tried to address an issue with my orderNo one deserves to be treated like that — especially at a time when customers are just trying to get food and go home. The way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope McDonald’s corporate reviews the overnight staff and holds management accountable because this kind of attitude ruins the reputation of the brand.

Be aware, they don't give the right order, I was in a rush before getting on the freeway and even tho they made me wait a few extra minutes for my double quarter pounder that is not what I got. I stopped in to get my kid a happy meal but I wanted to see which toy options they had. The young girl was super rude and said she just pulls random ones. I asked if she could check because I don’t want multiple of the same ones. She reiterated that she doesn’t know what they have and she just randomly picks. I decided to leave and past the front and it smelled like sewer. Happy I didn’t buy food here. Do not recommend stopping by.
