I always come to this location and I never had a problemBut today I put an order in 20 mins before taking my lunch(12pm) so by the time I leave to grab my food it will be ready. I got there and there wasn’t any orders for pick up I asked and they said they are not ready. When I was waiting I guess there was 4 other people waiting for their online order. There was a lady waiting for her online order for about 45 mins she went up the second time to ask where is her order that her lunch break is over and that she was late to go back. I’ve been waiting since 12 and I got my online order at 1pm. The whole time I was waiting it’s seems like they were just taking care of the walk ins. 2/3 of girls named Brittany, savannah and the other with the neck tattoo didn’t have a name tag. They were the worst! They didn’t even apologized or said a word to any of the customers that were waiting for online orders they stayed quite and ignored us.

The soup is ALWAYS luke warm and the bread STALE! Where is management????? Not coming here AGAIN and sad because I live a block away! No wonder Jersey Mike's is on top. Subway doesn't care anymore

I am so impressed with the service given to us by the manager, Erica Lewis. We had a problem with the app and were charged for our sandwiches--however, when we called the shop, they did not have a record of our order. Erica took care of it and gave us the best Subway sandwiches we ever had after decades of being customers. She was extremely polite, professional, and friendly and we just want to say THANK YOU!

Look, im not the type to place bad reviews but I advise you read this. The service isn’t horrible but it’s not pleasant. Almost seems like they’re impatient and don’t want to deal with you. My mom isn’t the best with english so whenever she gets subway I send her a text message and she lets the person over the counter read it. I know thats not their job but they mess up every single time. It’s really not rocket science? They gave me the wrong bread and didn’t even toast it, gave the wrong condiments and much more 🤦‍♀️ from the looks of it everyone is over 16 and under 55 so I’m honestly just confused if they don’t know how to read or they’re just not wanting to do their job? Lousy employees but clean service, like I said its not the worst. The food is okay, really depends on when you go. Today it wasn’t that fresh but at times it could be really fresh and tasty. Their cookies are amazing I do recommend those but stay away from the tomato, egg, and veggie patties those are never switched out 🤢. Therefor I give it a 2, I live close by and go here at least 2-3 times a month. Always the same people never a smile on their face, besides that one dude with blonde hair he’s amazing but everyone else seems like they hate their life. I also seem to get judged for what I order. Once I saw them laugh look at each other and say “omg” because it was a lot to wrap. After that I just stayed in the car while my mom ordered. Food is a 6/10, service is a 4/10, knowledge is a 2/10 like cmon its subway its not fing rocket science, cleanliness is an 8 surprisingly its pretty clean. Overall like I said its not bad but its not good.

Transaction # 110580 - Poor Customer ServiceEntered the store, one employee was taking out the trash, he just glanced at me and rolled his eyes away. I greeted him and he replied with obvious annoyance. It took a good while before being helped even though the place was empty, finally a second employee appeared from the back area, she just put on some gloves and stared at me, didn't greet me or ask me anything or try to provide DECENT customer service, was obviously annoyed/mad. Ordered a kid's meal, the order on the receipt says it comes with a toy but no toy was provided and she gave me a movie coupon from Subway that EXPIRED last year. I truly wish I could leave a review without any stars or negative stars.
