This has been our go-to Papa Johns for 2 years now, and it has been slowly going down hill. We order from here 1-2 times a month. The pizzas are now consistently poorly shaped, topped, and cut. After 5-6 disappointing orders, we’re going to have to find a new location for our pizza fix.

I order from this place all the time and it takes one time for you to get a horrible experience for me to be doing this. I called to ask them what can be done about my pizza that got delivered to me and they said oh we’ll have our driver come pick it up and then bring you a new one. I said is that all that you can dowhat you want to refund the lady on the phone with the attitude I told her you don’t have to be rude and she hung up on me. My boyfriend then called and talk to a A gentleman there and was told that we are going to be removed from the delivery list and if we want to have to come and pick it up and got hung up on as well. This all could’ve been solved if they had better customer service.

Received my pizza and breadsticks completely raw. Called the store, and the manager said he couldn't do a redo order since he only had one delivery driver. Which doesn't make sense when it was delivered by Doordash instead. He said he'd give me a quality guarantee for my next order. I said no, just send me a refund. But he said that since he already issued the quality guarantee to my account, he can't refund the order.So why not redo my order, especially if you are still open for 4 more hours. He was too lazy to redo the order.

The food was still good. But pizza was all twisted by the time we got it. You pizza places need to stop using Uber eats. The driver showed up, and the pizza was on his floor in his backseat.
