I received our order the second I pulled up to the window, which led me to believe that the salads were prepped in advance. I was the only car in the drive-through. The salads were mostly lettuce. We ordered the Roasted Autumn Salad and the Jalapeno Ranch Salad. I ended up adding almonds and dried cranberries to my salad once I got home. The salads were filling, but I felt it would have been better if it was made when ordered.

Really convenient place to get a quick, healthy bite to eat. Prices are very reasonable. Ordered more than a dozen of times already and haven’t had any issues. Sometimes I just go for a frozen strawberry lemonade.To the employee that doodled cute little cats on the lids of my drinks, please keep doing what you’re doing! Sometimes it really is just the little things in life that matter the most.

I love Salad & Go but will never return to the location on Camelback & 99th. I ordered my usual - salad and the pita chips and hummus. I picked it up on my way to work for lunch and a snack around 10am today. The pita chips were a joke! It looked like the staff stomped all over the bag before they served it. I couldn't even eat the hummus because all I had was a literal bag of pita crumbs. How and why would you serve that? They were busy when I stopped, and they were also fast & friendly, but if that's what they serve because they're trying to move too quickly or avoid breaking out fresh pita "chips", that's no bueno. I'll stick with one of the other locations moving forward.

They gave me my order all wrong. The only thing right was the drink… I order a Mediterranean burrito and on the burrito it’s only lettuce and a very hint of egg. It is so disappointed of my meal. I didn’t realize until I was back in my office at work and couldn’t go back and let them know how bad they are. Will not ever go again to this location.

Food was the norm, HOWEVER whoever was working the window was miserable. For whatever reason she was not happy to help. Customer service is obviously a big part of working fast food, having a good attitude goes a long way.
