Went thru the drive thru..Update 4/12/25 got a biggie bag abd baked potato... OMG I will never come here again, the fries were cold and not cooked all the way through, the bacon cheeseburger was pink in the middle which is weird cuz it's not a thick patty, and the nugget were so greasy the potato was so dry looks and tasted like it sat there under the heat lamp all day... never again...couldn't eat any of it...

Went through the drive through at 9:50pm multiple crew members were standing outside. When we get to the speaker the boy on the speaker says "sorry we're closed" so we proceeded to ask what time they closed and he quickly says hes "just kidding" horrible service. I personally work in fast food and that was just pure disrespectful I don't know.

I will never come to this location EVER AGAIN... Its 2 minutes from my house but everytime I have come here something is always messed up. This time my meal was cold, not cool but cold, can't say that I waited a long while b4 I ate, live 2 minutes from this Wendy's. My medium frys consisted on 10 fries 10... and they were absolutely gross and cold, my Jr bacon cheeseburger was also very cold. And why ask if we want condiments I never get what I ask for... I have never gotten any from this location EVER, all the times I've been here not once have I EVER gotten ranch, bbq sauce not even ketchup and I've asked for it. NEVER. I just can't anymore, just feels like I am wasting food, and money on something I haven't eaten. NEVER AGAIN and I love Wendy's but I just won't be back to this location and it will be a long while b4 I go to any Wendy's. So disappointed 😞 and I mean come on Wendy's get with it!!!!Sad sad 😔 the photo was my medium sized meal 10 French fries and a weird muntaint fry weird, even my dogs didn't eat and of this tonight...

Hi my name is Theresa and I never went to a restaurant and the employee was so so caring and make sure your food is right and made fresh very nice young man he work the window on the Saturday evening on 11-25 the time was between 4:00 and 5:00pm I can tell he's very caring young man and love his job very nice young man he deserves a raise please tell him to keep up the great work and don't lose love of his job care 👍 💙 the food was fresh and great 👍

My mom and I haven't ate here for awhile. Feliź the front cashier has outstanding customer service. Richard always does a great job on the grill. The manager Kenny has a very positive attitude. This is my favorite location in the West Valley. My order was fresh and hot.
