Boo on Salad and go removing the Caprese. Please bring it back or the sundried tomato seasonal salad you took away in sept,2025. That flavor profile is missing from your menu.Back to the review...This location is OK. Just ok. They had a new young man that was really nice and seemed efficient but I haven't seen him in a while. Most employees are not - insert any "good" attribute of customer service. The food is OK. I order the hummus and pita chips and most of the time the pita chips are crunched up little bits. It litterally looks like they smash the pita chips before pouring them into the bags or smash them after. Yesterday's lunch had pita bits, something small and black in the hummus and an inch long hair in my salad. Lovely. :(I say this hoping they can improve!!! I love this company and the food. (In general)

Excited to have a new location. Easy access. We had an antipasto salad, a chicken caesar and a cucumber mint lemonade. The order did take a bit longer than normal but be patient—it is a brand new location with new staff. Very nice people. Keep in mind there are two driveways: one for drive thru orders and one for phone/app orders. Salads were fresh and delicious as always.

Worst location ever - 75th avenue and Lower Buckeye in Phoenix, AZ 85043. First time I went there, I just washed my vehicle and while waiting in the drive-thru to place my order, landscaping workers started blowing all the dust and leaves from the trimmed bushes all over my car. It was impossible to place order through the speaker because of leave blowers being extremely noisy . Today, I cancelled my order - only 2 cars at front of me and it took them more than 15 minutes to take their orders. After I placed my order, I asked how long it will take and the employee did not understand English well. I had to speak very slowly at the window pick up location for her to understand and she blamed it on her headset equipment. I will never go to that location again.
