I ordered at 4:30pm and I felt so bad for the older lady working the back by herself and the boy up front don’t know what he’s doin giving her the wrong order basically, I ordered 1 bean cheese burrito with GREEN sauce then ordered 2 more with rice added the boy taking orders was reading back to me beef bean burritos I said no and repeated what I said but was met with silence and by the end of it I somehow ended up with 2 bean cheese burritos with RED sauce and 2 beef bean burritos???? That overworked lady is back there by herself making extra stuff we didn’t even order because he entered it wrong to begin with. I recommend staffing at least 1 more person or train them on the register better because this wasn’t making sense

I ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon, medium fries & drink. I will admit I was surprised by the quality ingredients to used. The meat did not have any Crystal or fat in it. The fries were freshly made and hot. Fast and friendly service drive-through. $11.39 I was not impressed with the size of the beef patties & burger size for the price. Overall meal was fresh and hot!

Placed a mobile order for them to tell us at the window to pull into the parking lot. We ended up waiting 30+ minutes before we went in by that time the food was cold and I only got half of my order on stop watered down drinks.

I came in tonight a little after 7pm.... I was greeted by a young man named Brock.... He was very professional and helped me w my fairly large order.... 24 chicken tacos and 5 snack tacos..... There had been a couple people in the lobby and including drive thru that had placed orders before me, so I new it would a bit of a wait......i sat down at one of the tables and just watched everyone..... I'm glad I did, because I got to witness an amazing display of team work and leadership from Brock.... I watched him, not only work the register, but also expedite orders from the screen.... He jumped on the line to help fulfill orders... He bagged the orders.... He assisted in running orders out to cars that had pulled forward from the drive thru..then back expediting and working the line.. .. All while being extremely respectful with please and thank you's to his co workers..andnworked with a smile... This kid is a great example for anyone at any job, on how to be a great employee....I truly hope this company and any company he works for in the future appreciates him...He truly was the meat and potatoes of that line running smoothly....I don't know if he'll see this... However... Brock, you did an amazing job tonight.. And you are going to do amazing things in the future... As a mom of a teenage son, I am proud of you... Keep up the great work!!!!
