I placed a to go order in the drive thru. I asked for my French toast and hash browns well done and I received just that. No attitudes or going back and forth. I was told to pull around and she'd bring my food out. It was hot and fresh.

I’ve been to this Burger King four times and each visit has been worse than the last. This last time will be my final visit. I pulled up to the drive-through, sat there, and no one even acknowledged me. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you” — nothing. After sitting there for several minutes, I just drove off without ordering.The time before that, I waited at the mic for five minutes and still heard nothing, even though there were multiple employees inside. I eventually had to go inside just to place my order. The customer service here is consistently disappointing and unprofessional. It’s frustrating to come somewhere to spend your money and not even be acknowledged. Definitely won’t be returning.From the comments the management needs to be replaced. Employees either need to be retrained or let go. Hopefully, you’ll get it together

We arrived at 9:47pm and the front door was locked despite stating being open until 10pm. Then we went through the empty drive thru and waited a long time for someone to answer. I had to repeat myself three times for the worker to hear me. They didn't have ice-cream and just tried to pawn off a Hershey pie for the uber eats order. The black female worker that handed me the order was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

My family and I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered food. We asked if we could order from the lunch menu. Luz said yes but we'd have to wait awhile and pull around to the front and park since it was breakfast.Our order was a breakfast croissant, hash brown, double cheeseburger meal with a medium fry and a Coke and an eight piece chicken nugget.We parked and we did not wait long when our order was walked out to us. Unfortunately, I did not check the food before we proceeded on our way to our appointment which was 30 miles away.The double cheeseburger, french fries and hash browns were all cold and stale. We would have driven back, however we were on our way to a doctor's appointment.I called the restaurant and asked for a manager. I spoke to Luz who said they can remake our order. She tried to explain that because it was breakfast that it would take longer to make the items that were not breakfast. Understood . However, again we didn't wait for not over a minute before our food was brought to us. When we know it takes 5 minutes to drop it on the grill. We are former Burger King employees.When we returned I called to give them a heads up that we were there to pick up our order. Isaac is the employee who I spoke to and he proceeded to ask us what the problem was although he was already informed ahead of time. We explained to him and he questioned us as if he did not want to give us our order. He treated us like we were lying. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a Burger King. Customers should not be treated that way in my opinion.

This location is absolutely horrible, all of the sodas were out and the staff didn’t seem like they wanted to replace or refund. The staff is rude and acts as if they hate theirs jobs. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to deal with the public, especially when a dissatisfied customer is kind to you for your lack of product and bad attitude. I wish I would have asked for our money back. Noted not to come here again!
