Walked in at lunchtime and it was very busy the male team member that helped us was very attentive and helpful. He was obviously so busy and stopped to greet us help us and speak to us with eye contact. He was alone and still was able to be courteous! Wish I would have got his name!!!

Food as good as it was when I was in high school (5 years ago). It has been a long time since I have been to Subway. The entire mall parking lot was full (zero parking spots available). Staff was friendly. There is no point to coupons unless you get a different type of meat not on sale. Black forest ham footlong is $5.98, 2 cents cheaper than coupon. I don't recommend chips or cookies, better to get footlong instead. The second half of the footlong was not as good as the first half. (I ate a footlong because I didn't eat anything else today. Under normal circumstances a 6 inch would be enough.)

My son (14) went thru the line and got his sub fine. All was good. When he went to pay, older man reached over and hit 18% tip and totaled it out before my son could respond. This wasn't an accident as he didn't realize I was with him and keeps looking over at us.Total scam and jerk. Bank will deal with it, that's on the restaurant to pay the bank fees for his theft.
