Third time ive tried and every time ive been very dissapointed in portion and flavor. Ordered a large old school cheese steak and found it extremely underwhelming and nothing even close to the advertisements or menu pictures. I understand most fast food doesnt match the pics but they take it to a new low. Needs a class action against it IMO. Crazy how they think its ok to advertise they way they do because its 100% false advertisement putting almost nothing in the sandwich when the pics show it overflowing. Flavor is very disappointed. Ended up throwing half of it away. Do not waste your money here. Unfortunately, they have a spot in the mall food court so people used to buying a decent cheesesteak dont learn about their deceptive advertisingand weird flavor until its too late. They need better spices and either match proportions to their ads or fix their misleading pictures. French fries were the only good thing.

The cheesesteak and french fries was excellent, the problem I'm having is the cashier says tips are appreciated, now correct me if I'm wrong the cook in getting paid hourly and the cashier is getting paid hourly, they're not taking my food to the table I have to pick it up they're not coming to my table and asking me is everything okay or do you need anything else, so do you see the problem I have in do they deserve a tip or not? For doing nothing but their job that they're getting paid for.

I arrived hungry, and I saw a bright advertisement from one of the stores, and she simply read it to me. I asked for a small sandwich, and they brought me a huge one. The steak was tender and delicious, the seasoning was great, and it came very quickly. I enjoyed every bite.This was the icing the cherry on my cake at a nice day at the Mall, I'm sure I'll look for their branches to eat their again.

Horrible service.I tried to use a discount with points they promised in the app. and everything is a lié.The cashier always said the system is not working for discounts, and only cash will be accepted. This is my 3rd time this happened.They make me lose my discount too.They do not care.NOT RECCOMENDED.They were in a hurry.The order of fries is very small and charged extra for a mini order of 10 fries that goes under the sandwich.EXPENSIVE, BAD SERVICE. 👎

I don't understand why people working people if they can't be nice or smile at least. This was the worst cheesecake, I don't even want to call it a cheesecake. FOR the price of the small sandwich you would think it would have tons of meat. No barely meat, one piece of bell pepper, and a couple of mushroom pieces. Plus it had lettuce and tomatoe. Anyways I was very disappointed.
