This is my first time ordering from this location and never again.. I just ordered a quarter pounder with cheese i got the meal. when I got home and started eating the burger. After a couple bites, I bite into something that feels weird so I looked at it, and there was a corner piece of somthing Sticking out ..so I pulled my burger apart, and it was a big piece of parchment paper or what ever type of paper that separates the burgers When they're frozen🤢🤮 they just left it on my burger and just threw the cheese on top the cheese was melted to the paper. I immediately tried to call them to inform them what i had just found in my burger and no one answered so I waited a couple minutes then called again and they picked the phone up and hanging it up smfh This is so ridiculous i wouldn't recommend going to this location

I just got a $5 meal with a spicy chicken sandwich, small fries, 4 mcnugget, and a drink. THANK YOU, MCDONALD'S.Total I spent $13.84 because I also got a snack wrap and a mini mcflurry. Times are tough, but at least I can get a mcflurry.Side note: These late night workers were nice and got everything right.Even though I had to take a call while I was waiting in the drive-thru, the lady handing me my food still told me to have a nice day in a nice tone.I appreciated that.

This was my first time coming to this location and it ended up getting packed about 10:30 a.m. this location seems very understaffed and it would have been mayhem in their had it not been for the one worker that served and helped literally every person in the restaurant at the tables, at the kiosks, and at the counter. She seemed to be everywhere at once and helped everyone with a smile. Her name was Maria, this place got 5 stars from her hard work alone.

The employee working at that time came across as cold and dismissive. I was told the system needed to be reset and it would take 10 minutes, but more than 20 minutes later I was still waiting. When I checked again, I was told it would be another 5 minutes.When I finally received my coffee, it was filled to the very top with no room for sweetener or cream. As soon as I opened the cup to add sweetener, it spilled and burned my hand. The way this was handled felt careless, and given the overall attitude, I couldn’t help but feel it might have been intentional.The contrast between this experience and the excellent service provided by the usual crew is stark. The morning team sets a great example of customer care, perhaps this employee could learn from their approach.

Worse customer service ever. I sat at window one and was never acknowledged so they could take my money. Finally got fed up and went to pickup. He says you didn't pay? No they never even paid attention to me. He goes and gets i guess a manager, she says, you have to pay there so drive back around and pay. Nope not happening and I'm getting ready to drive off. Sherri rolls her eyes and takes my card, for payment. Once I get my food its lukewarm, thought the quarter pounder was made fresh. This place is consistently subpar, from the workers to the food.
