The food is mostly consistent but fries are hit/miss 50/50 one day they’re crispy another day they’re soggy and salty. The service is pretty good, inside it’s kept pretty clean overall as well. The men’s bathroom faucet is scalding hot, I’m curious if it’s that hot to prevent the homeless from showering/shampooing in there, pure speculation based on location and area reputation. Drive-thru is more consistent. Parking is odd, you can’t even park on the front 8 spaces as they close it off by default. I always have friendly service at this specific Chick-fil-A but the food lets me down more often compared to other Chick-fil-A’s. Employees are so nice I rather swallow my pride and walk away disappointed rather than speak up when the food isn’t up to par.

The chicken biscuits were amazing as usual. The only had one drive-through lane and blocked off the parking lot so you couldn’t use it. It forced customers who wanted to go inside to use other businesses parking. I’m not saying the service in the drive thru was bad but the young lady was a little short. Not the over the top service you usually get at these restaurants.

Well, this visit was a disappointment. This was my first time returning since the renovation, and I expected the experience to be faster, especially since the remodel was meant to improve traffic flow. Instead, I waited 33 minutes just to reach the window, (for a mobile order) and when I finally did, my food still wasn’t ready.I was offered a refund (when I asked ) and thankfully I asked the team member to double-check with the manager, because they ran into issues processing it and had to take my bag back to complete the refund. Had I not asked, I might have left without receiving the refund at all.Overall, the long wait, dry food, and refund mix-up made this a very poor experience. Maybe in a few months I’ll try again once you guys can get a good momentum down but it really did appear that not a lot of people knew what they were doing causing the delays

I’m eating here now and Iliana is absolutely amazing, her service is top tier and she is so polite and kind; we are so happy the construction is over and we can enjoy our local chick fil a again!
