I love salad n go and this location makes me… sad. I just moved to this area and I will be traveling the extra 10 minutes to a different location. On a few different occasions, the service is just a bit cold and rude, then asks me to fill out a survey of the service with a straight face. Tonight, we ordered 3 salads, a wrap, and 4 drinks. After every time we ordered something, he said “Will that be all”. He read back our order, then read back our order at the window. Unfortunately one of our salads included chicken despite being specially ordered without, which was stated on both read backs. Another salad was no tomatoes, sub ranch; there’s tomatoes and blue cheese dressing. They even have printed tags now to say what goes in your order, man oh man.😭 The wrap was basically an open faced tostada, lol, see photo. The person in the drive thru seemed to flirt with my 16 y/o sister who was driving. Just all around poor experiences.

They make a pretty decent salad at a reasonable price. Not the best I’ve ever had but not bad. The service tends to be a little slow, but because they are usually busy. There is no atmosphere, because it’s drive-through only.

Huge fan of Salad and Go but this location? Not it. The last few times I’ve gone, I’ve been extremely irritated by the service alone. Tonight specifically, I had to repeat my order 3 times, for them to still not get my order right. I don’t have an order that has a ton of difficult modifications. Quite literally just a dressing change, and asked for two of them. I’m not sure if there had been a lot of recent new hires, but none of the employees I’ve encountered are pleasant nor seem to want to be there.

I asked for extra protein and Sonia did not make this happen and charged me for it, and I asked for cucumbers and I only had one sliced cucumber in my salad. These fast food places are getting lazy to even make a simple salad nowadays, if you don’t like your job, then quit. Don’t take it out in our food that we spend our hard earned money and time to drive and come get. To see your miserable faces.
