Order salads lastnight about 811 pm and my salads looked under made I paid for extra chicken eggs red onions and black beans. got this. Never seen my salads looked under made ever bad experience. No extra anything. Red onions got 3 slices. Black beans could find them till the salad was almost gone. Very unlikely that it was a mistake when I order here super often.

This particular salad place is very good the great salads and they used to donate several hundred salads to the homeless. Salads and go has the absolute best strawberry lemonade I it cleanses you first and it tastes wonderful it's made of fresh lemons fresh strawberries. And the price is reasonable.

Unfortunately I didn't get the same customer service treatment that keeps me coming back today. The young lady that took my order seemed preoccupied with coworkers as she took my order. As if there was a "inside joke" going on as I ordered. When receiving my drive thru order, she seemed reluctant to here my pleasentries. Although I did admire her up selling of drinks, I was rudely interrupted by her coworker. Who must've had a long night, as he let out a loud yawn 🥱 !!! while I was complementing her up sale, and questioning how to handle 4 Large drinks. She then quickly ended my remarks, (I gotta go) without a customer waiting behind me, and closed the window.10/3/25 8-8:30 am

Absolutely not. I don’t know what it is but I know it shouldn’t be there. Not only was there some weird ladybug insect in my food but the bottom of my bowl was soaking wet as if someone spilled the jar of pepperoncini in my bag. I was literally chewing on stems before I found the bug. Never again.

Shrinkflation? This happened once before as we used to go here all the time and loved it. Such a good value for the price and salads were always fresh and delicious. This is the second time in the last couple months that BOTH salads were filled less than half. The Cobb had avocado that was slightly brown, definitely not completely fresh. Very disappointed as we used to come here a lot. At this point. I don’t think we’ll be back again.
