My car was damaged while parked at their parking lot while I was eating lunch inside. There are 3 cameras in that area that can identify the vehicle that hit my car. The manager has refused to let me or my insurance company review the footage. Do the right thing and let my insurance company review the video! Be an example of common decency!

Just went through the drive threw and instantly was told they would be right with me and sat there for about 5 minutes to get my order taken… that’s fine, I just thought maybe they were short staffed but when I wanted to use my code for a free large fry with extra salt like I have many times at this location, I was told that my code didn’t work and he would just promo it out. After paying and finally getting my order from the big man in the window I try a fry and instantly had to spit it out because of the disgusting amount of salt that was on them… there was so much salt it was even falling out of the fry container and collecting at the bottom of the bag… I’m beyond disappointed especially since I really enjoyed this location and have never had a bad experience until tonight…

I'm giving McDonalds a solid 4. I love the McDouble and the sausage McGriddle 2 for $5.I think it's the best burger and breakfast sandwich with the best price. I appreciate McDonalds for the business that it is and giving affordable options. May not be the healthiest however it taste good and it's convenient.

I was using the restroom and one of the employees came in and started cleaning while I was in there. I made some noise to see if it was a male. Then… rattled the handle aggressively, asked if I was finished twice and then came back after a minute a her voice was nasty I asked her if she was supposed to be in here and she said” oh no, it’s okay, it’s okay. Bien, Bien.” Couldn’t get help at the counter. Managers and most staff were just rolling there eyes at all customers request. Peoples standing around joking and laughing. WORST McDonald’s I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!

On August 22nd at 3:35 p.m. I waited and had the drive-thru for about 10 minutes and nobody came on the speaker. I tried speaking but nobody came. There was a line of cars behind me. I went over to the first window and there was still nobody there. I went to the second window and they reluctantly opened the window. I told them that nobody was taking orders and they said that I need to drive around so that they can take my order.If anybody cares about customer service, you could look into this to see who was not doing their job.I will be going back and buying something if they decide to take my order. Just so I can get a receipt and give them one star in the McDonald's survey.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.
