July 19 · Michael BrewerWe came to this restaurant at 11:30 AM for the buffet. All other Peter Piper pizzas let you order a pizza for the buffet when I asked the manager said yes we could and asked what we would like. When I told her a pan cheese she started giving an attitude and said we couldn’t. And that it would be 45 min. We have never waited that long for a pan cheese pizza. I told her we don’t care for the thin crust she just asked if we still wanted the buffet. We said yes and finished checking out. Then I asked if we could get a veggie pizza on the buffet and with major attitude she points to a burnt super thin crust and said there is a California one already there. I told her it was Burt and she started mumbling something as she walked away. I turned and said it’s ok we won’t be back. I understand everyone can have a bad day but you shouldn’t take it out on customers.
July 11 · Jen GThe Manager was AMAZING!!! I cannot thank her enough for all she did to accommodate our party and assist with moving our pizza's up sooner than we needed. The restaurant was so clean and well put together. We had such an amazing time on the new playset that was installed! Couldn't have had a better birthday party experience!
September 29 · justina dendauwThis has been a place for my children's birthday party's for many years. We just celebrated a relative's 70th birthday, and even adults have a good time at Peter Piper!I am not too keen on the new jungle gym that they have at this P.P. My nephew was stuck on top, afraid to exit. It's a very tight fit for adults to go through. The worker was not helpful he was aggressive and scared my nephew. The price of the jungle gym is separate from the game time card. It seems to be overpriced. The manager at this Peter Piper, I think his name was Malakai, was very patient and made making our reservations a breeze. The pizza is very good. If you want a game card, the pizza deal, including a game card, seems to be the most cost-effective. If you want to have a birthday party, it's best to book ahead they are usually busy. My favorite Peter Piper is the one on Miller and McDowell in Scottsdale AZ. That's the best one, in my opinion.
June 21 · Lisa WoodSo anyone could be a general manager at Peter Piper Pizza nowaday the president of Peter pizza is a zero stars for but these two employees are not correct Megan. She said she’s a general manager does not hold herself or conduct herself as a general manager the appearance is not up to part the Peter part pizza uniforms are not up to part that you have to be up to par if you do that PositionThis Peter part pizza needs to be looked at they have two people caucasianthat Have me and my family wait for 30 minutes as they conducted whatever they was debating and talking to each other with did not make any sense so hot over there the general manager in the president of Peter Piper puzzle come out a solution and results for the customer and to have a fun friendly and a great experience experience was not fun, friendly or any like that being Caucasian, I feel they took their authority to the abuse because they had us waiting there and they never talk to us correctly Then talk to me and my family rude at the end they’re not even aware of the Peter Piper pizza, app coupons names. One name is Megan and she’s a general manager very unprofessional no customer service no welcome in Jim. If he’s the president of Peter Piper pizza then we have to do a real look into they have me and my family wait for over 20 minutes over something that he was talking to Megan about. We do a lot of programs for the community, our sports events are banquets our birthday parties, but this location and these staff members right now today was not logical and living in this world today they implementing things that’s not significant and rude and being a different race that needs to be looked at at this location, Megan how did she become a general manager with the parents? I thought your parents has to be up and if the president and he conducts his self like that and doesn’t know anything about none of the apps how do you become president of Peter Piper pizza
