Typical McDonalds. Quick service most times and can't fault McDonalds for being busy at times. Atmosphere is good and anything that's out of the norm, is out of their control, such as rude customers or the people hanging outside. Note to self, if you want that old time McDonald's feeling do not stop, in places like downtown Phoenix Arizona.Positively zero customer service! The soda did not taste good and the guy at the window was sarcastic. The manager (blonde) acted u professional when I asked for a refund of the soda. I asked for ice cream in cups and they gave me one without a cup. I asked for a cup holder and they gave me guy rolled his eyes. He asked that we parked in parking lot 2 and stuck the sticker on the side mirror which I did not appreciate. Skinny guy glasses gave me half the order in a box and when I asked if everything was in the box it was not. I walked in to get the rest and was given attitude. I was not satisfied with any of the device and asked for a refund and was told by the manager that the food left the store so she could not give me a refund. I will not be coming back to this store again. Especially on the night shift since everyone at night is always rude.
