I waited for 20 minutes for service and once a young Hispanic guy told my order I asked can you get it now and he looked at me and called me a SMART ASS. I was very upset by this comment and his manager did NOTHING. I contacted McDonald's headquarters and I have not heard anything. I guess this is ok behavior. I will not spend my money there and I will pass this info onto social media ASAP

I was pleasantly surprised. For when I walked in after placing my phone order, I was quite surprised at the amount of customers inside. Approximately 50 to 100 students were inside and most were waiting on their order. I prematurely left and went to the truck stop next door and grabbed a hot dog. About the time I made it back to my motorcoach, I received a message to go inside McDonald's and pick up my food. So I walked back in and it was waiting for me. Definitely impressed
