Review is based solely on customer service experience. I just came in and I'm guessing the register attendant wasn't readily available so another young man stepped up to take my order. I'm guessing this wasn't his assignment, but he took initiative to step up and fill in so not to keep a customer waiting. The regular register attendant returned, possibly from a restroom break, and took over. He was very friendly, and polite, apologizing. No apologies needed.While I'm not a fan of Wendy's at all, the breakfast burrito and fries/wedges were okay. Typical fast food in the go.The service and kindness is what mattered most here today and the fact the young man stepped up to fill in said volumes about both the person and the establishment. Unfortunately, didn't get the names, but they deserve recognition.The team did great and we're fast.

What you see here is an order of large frys. I paid $4.50 for this yet it's not even a full order. To me it's like a half potato. At least have some common sense and fill that thing all the way.This is what you get from worker punching in and out from 9 to 5. I'm sure not everyone at this location is like her.

Dear Wendy's, please do something about this place. The poor reviews are true. The customer service here is so bad it's making me want to stop eating at all Wendy's. Today, I placed a mobile order and watched as three customers paid at the counter and received their orders before me. Two employees were standing behind the counter in front of me doing absolutely nothing and I asked them if they had my mobile order. I wasn't rude, but I did speak loudly to be sure I was heard over the noise around me. One of the employees who I assumed to be a manager didn't even look at me and turned around and walked away while the other stood there continuing to do nothing and not acknowledging me so I asked again. She mumbled something that I couldn't understand and then walked away. I saw my burger come out and sit on the counter for a few minutes before the person who I assumed to be a manager went and got my chicken nuggets. She melodramatically plopped them into the container and then set the container down on the counter and stood there doing nothing for at least a couple of minutes. It wasn't like she was waiting for them to be prepared. She just pulled them out of a drawer as if they had been sitting there already prepared for god knows how long. Then all of a sudden she picked the nuggets back up, put them in the bag, and put the burger that had been sitting there for five minutes in the bag. She then plopped the bag down on the counter without looking at me and turned around and walked away. I only assume she thought I was yelling at her when I asked if they had the order just because I had to raise my voice to be heard over the noise. She has no business being in customer service and is driving your customers away. It was the last thing I needed after the kind of day that I had and I really am considering never going to any Wendy's again.

Wendys was an absolute disaster. I went in with one simple pregnancy craving. Fries and buffalo sauce. Buffalo sauce is clearly listed on their menu yet the manager looked me dead in the face and said they do not have it. No apology, no explanation, just complete incompetence. Then they had the nerve to charge me 10.99 for fries and sauce. What a joke. I went somewhere else right after and got the exact same thing for 5.49 and they actually knew what was on their own menu. This place is a scam run by people who clearly do not care. Never going back.

We went in during breakfast and got the dollar breakfast biscuits and two caramel cold foam coffees. Felix was amazing and very friendly. He informed us that it may take a little longer because there oven was out but it went pretty fast for how many people were waiting.
