★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1As someone who actually worked at the station and truck depicted on their wall, I was around when this place first opened. However, I’m saddened to see how things have changed. Staff less than enthused about even being there. Floors and tables were dirty and attracting flys. Food quality not as I remember. I dined in as the only customer and waited much too long as I watched Uber Eats drivers flow in to grab bags of food. I felt like my sandwich was last to be prepared. Lastly, it’s time to provide a healthier low carb/higher protein option without having to order one of your specialty sandwiches with multiple meats and then strip everything off but pay the same price.
September 16 · steve walshirePicked up a turkey sub tonight around 730 just after the dinner rush. They looked short staffed, but the place was still spotless.Food was made with care (actually looks like the picture!), and the worker behind the counter was very polite.Well done.
October 14 · Matthew WrightHonestly, I really like firehouse subs, but this location was very disappointing during my visit. First of all the guy “David” didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there. Secondly, they didn’t have half of the stuff that we were asking for on our subs saying it wasn’t ready or some excuse, we asked for a soup and he said “well it’s gonna take 15 minutes to heat up, you sure you still want it?” and even though we said yes he didn’t even put it on our order, or the Mac n Cheese we asked for. We were so disappointed we just decided to leave without even trying to correct it. I just won’t come back to this location again..
March 30 · LiamI just had one of the best lunch experiences I've had in a long time at Firehouse Subs! While their sandwiches are always reliably delicious and packed with flavor, what truly stood out today was the absolutely phenomenal customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm and a warm welcome. The team working behind the counter were not your typical, run-of-the-mill servers. They were unique, energetic, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their positive attitudes were infectious, and it truly brightened my day. Beyond the friendly banter and helpful recommendations, the servers were also incredibly efficient and attentive. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, and they made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Honestly, the energy and personality of the staff elevated the entire Firehouse Subs experience. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy serving their customers. In a world where customer service can often feel robotic, the team at this location was a breath of fresh air.If you're looking for a delicious sub and a truly enjoyable dining experience with servers who go above and beyond, look no further than this Firehouse Subs. The amazing customer service alone is worth the visit! I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend you check them out.
April 05 · Mark ArbizuSandwich was ok, chili was dry (didn’t know that was possible). Previously ordered from door dash and the order came exactly how I wanted it so I decided to go in person today. The worker looked serious/upset. I made special request for what I didn’t want on my sub and changed the cheese, the worker ignored all my requests and made it the way it normally comes. Overall feeling of the store feels depressing and serious, would not feel comfortable eating there.
