UPDATE 12-14-2024I ordered online for delivery. I ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza and chocolate chip cookie. It was delivered on time. Our food was hot and delicious. The delivery driver provided good customer service. I will order again. I recommend this location.Jay provided outstanding customer service!

Very great price for a one topping medium pizza!!! It was just for my boyfriend and I so we didn't want to get a large but either way, we still got full anf enjoyed the pizza and I highly recommend!!!

The app changed it auto defaults to a nasty papadilla. Tried changing it basically got told to kick rocks lol I’m more mad that i pay for it should of just walked out

I placed an online order for two pizzas on 8/1/24. I was tracking my order on Papa John's website and even received a text message that they were ready for pickup. I headed to the store at 6:58pm. I was told by Papa John's staff that my pizzas were still in the oven and will be ready in 5 minutes.To my surprise, I had to wait for 20 minutes for two pizzas, which I eventually received at 7:18 pm. I am pretty sure this type of service is unacceptable. I only decided to let the management know because this is not the first time it has happened. I would prefer if the system didn't alert me that my order was ready instead of wasting my 20 minutes waiting in the store.Otherwise, what's the point of placing orders online? All I want is to speed up the service at this location, which I noticed is understaffed on several occasions.

Food was 4 stars because it still tastes great, but there was a new guy doing the cheese prep for the pies, and it shows. There is a noticeable gap all around each pizza I got (I got a large sausage and a large pepperoni).5 star service because the young manager checked with me to see if I had come to pick up. I was going to order in store, but they had no menus, so I ordered online through my phone. She was exceptionally friendly.3 star atmosphere. Not great, not bad. Just an empty pizza restaurant with no menus posted. They were working furiously as the evening crowd started ordering and picking up their pizzas.
