It was Thirsty Thursday, we didn't know. Arrival time: 540pm: At first, the front greeter was going to have us wait 15 min for a table, even though there was plenty of open spots, but she did sit us right away, after I pointed to the open booth. They waitress was very sweet and nice took our drink orders and food order right away: Family deal (Large peperoni pizza, fries, 10 wings- drums only, 1 salad). We got our drinks and waitress didn't cone back to check on us for 20 minutes. 640 pm: After waiting an hour, no food arrived yet. No refills. The other 2 tables before us hadn't received their food either. We saw customers walk out. I wanted to leave but we stayed because we figured food should be out "soon." 740 pm: After waiting almost 2 hrs, the burnt pizza arrived aling with the huge salad and fries. The wings tasted great. But we had to ask for to go boxes as our child could not toletate waiting anymore and it was close to her bedtime. I asked for a manager and she was apologetic and told us, "1 of the ovens was down." That didn't explain the delay in getting fries or salad out first. Mngr did comp our family deal so we couldn't be too angry. It will be a very Very long time before we come back here.

I think by far this is the best place to get wings and burgers that are really good. My only issue is that every time you go in there is no one there to seat you or if you’re picking up, you have to head over by the bar and find somebody and almost all the time The order is not ready. I don’t mind waiting and I get it. Food takes a little bit to cook so whenever I order from natives, I make it a habit of showing up 10 maybe 15 minutes after it tells me my order is gonna be ready. I still feel like the food is pretty good Although I would not choose the pizza I feel like the pizza does not taste good in my opinion, but I will still be coming here to get burgers and wings because I feel like those are the best options here.

2/6/25: Short version - been there. Done that. Won't go again. Food was all right, the service was poor, & we could barely taste the vodka in our cocktails.Long version - had a bad day at work & wanted a drink. Native Grill was close so we gave it a try. We walked in the door & stood around for about 3 min before someone made an appearance at the concierge desk. There was no sign anywhere to indicate if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait for someone to help seat us.We sat down w/ the menus, ended up waiting for about another five minutes before the concierge gal came back to ask if our server ever showed up. That would be a no.When she did pop by our table, it was w/ a very "meh" attitude. I guess she was having a bad day, too. :-) We ordered everything at once: cocktails, water, appetizers, and meals. The drinks came first. After the first couple of sips of our cocktails, we both questioned whether they actually added the vodka -- and they tasted so similar we think we were given the same cocktail despite us ordering two separate drinks.We both ordered burgers & neither of us were asked how we wanted them cooked. Everything came out together. Uh, hello, do you not understand the meaning of appetizer? There was no sauce with the zucchini fries & when asked if there was supposed to be she said yes (then why didn't you bring it?) & only then asked us if we wanted ranch or blue cheese. We said blue cheese but what she was brought we both agreed was ranch (unless blue cheese suddenly because a non-chunky dressing). Ha!We also had to ask for silverware. Once the food was delivered to our table, our server went M.I.A. (to our table at least). She came out numerous times to assist other tables but never once came over to inquire how the food was or to check in or ask if we needed / wanted anything else.When she finally did return, there was no "did you save room for dessert?", so we immediately asked for the check & take-home container because if we did not ask for both at the same time, we likely would have been waiting even longer for a return visit.All in all, a subpar experience & there will be no return visit to Native Grill.

We visit Native for lunch regularly. The boneless wing lunch special is usually pretty good. Nothing you absolutely have to try, but good for lunch. The service is always a bit slow. I believe they are understaffed. We usually order our meals when we give our drink order and ask for the check when our food is bright out. This way we can usually get in and out within 45 - 60 mins.

I feel like this place needs more workers and cooks. Service takes so long because these girls have so many tables to take care of. By the time the food comes to your table it's room Temperature. The waitress is very sweet but there definately needs to be more help there.
