So I stopped by the drive-through to pick up my rewards medium free fry and this is what I got! It's not even full. I mean I get it's free, but that's It's still a purchase. I'm still a customer and the portion is completely a letdown. I literally pulled it out of the bag. I haven't even had one. And I looked in the bag to see if any maybe had fallen out, but the bag is empty! This portion is crazy, the fact that they gave me so little they didn't even fill up the carton. LIKE WHERE ARE MY FIRES????!!!

During my visit, another customer parked across the lines and intentionally blocked my vehicle, knowingly preventing me from leaving. Both the driver and passenger exited their car, approached us aggressively, and made me feel unsafe. One even had to fold in their mirror and climb out the opposite doorclear signs of how badly they were parked.Despite explaining the situation to the staff, they refused to speak with the people blocking me in. Instead, they told me to back upknowing full well that doing so would likely have caused a collision. For over 15 minutes, I was unable to leave, while being verbally harassed, with no support from staff.This situation felt like a form of unlawful imprisonment. I was intentionally prevented from leaving the premises without cause, and staff stood by while it happened. It's extremely disappointing that nothing was done to protect customer safety or resolve the situation. I hope McDonald’s takes accountability and trains staff on how to handle threatening encounters like this more appropriately in the future.If you know these people the police are looking for them. And I hope the worker who refused to help and told us to back up instead of asking them to pull forward or leave first gets a write up, they had their food and would have easily fixed the issue. I will be calling corporate and filing a formal complaint, I have never felt this unsafe in a parking lot. I would love for the Franchisee owner or a general manager to leave their info so I can contract them.

All good for the most part during today's experience during the drive-thru. I had to give my order again at check out; not sure what happened. I think they made a mistake with my drink; it should have been sugar free, I don't think it was. It tasted extra sweet. I didn't return it. I needed to get to work. Staff needs to pay better attention.

I try to give every place three chances before making a review, but this McDonald's on Indian School Road has failed miserably each time. I won't get into all the details of my past visits, but let’s just say the very first time I ate here, I got food poisoning. This third visit was the final straw. They were late opening, and when they finally did, it was only to let a co-worker in. The manager, who I’ve had bad experiences with every time he’s working, shut and locked the door right in my face. I tried knocking and even yelling to get the guy's attention, but he completely ignored me.After about five more minutes of waiting, now completely starving and being absolutely hungry, I tried to calm myself down, sitting there and thinking it over. But I just couldn't do it. I couldn’t bring myself to give these people my money, so I left. The sad part about it is nobody cared. They didn’t care, their bosses won’t care. Customer service in this country is at an all-time low; no one cares about customers at all. These places feel like they don’t need us. I’ve literally been told that by several different stores and businesses here in Phoenix.Here comes the sad part. None of them know me at all, but they profile and judge me. I am also a business owner. I have a business called Out the Gate LLC. I’m not homeless. I’m not rich by any means, but the way they treated me was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs.

When we pulled up to get the food, the dude gave us a sprite and told us to pull over since he was waiting on the food so we did. We were in the 100°+ heat waiting for our order which is obviously not a problem since sometimes it always happens there, but this took so much longer than usual—at least like 5-20 minutes in the excessive heat. My mom had to go in there and GET our order which sucks, but hey.. At least the food was warm and not cold this time? Thanks to the worker who gave us another sprite and finally the food lol
