I stopped by after work to try the bacon western cheeseburger giveaway after the Suns scored 11 3-pointers the night before. There was a cat waiting by the doors. I assume someone is feeding it is why it is there? Anyways, the service was quick. I think the microwaved a ready-made burger?The restaurant was clean, but I ordered take-out.Opening the burger and looking at it was unappealing to me, and the flavor was average. I think I know why it is free.I likely won't be back as I am reminded why I shouldn't eat fast food.

I ordered via the mobile app and my order was made wrong. Asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with no lettuce it came with extra lettuce. Which I was willing to forgive but I also asked for a double guacamole burger and only received a single as shown in the picture. Also forgot to add tried to call the store to let them know and every time I call it automatically gets hung up after it rings once.

Management = Clowns. I don’t blame the kid working the grill, I blame the management for not training their employees. 5:30pm on 9/21/25, ordered 2 California classic double cheese burgers. The burgers I received only had one patty. If this was the first time I wouldn’t even say anything but this is the 5th or 6th time. At this point I blame myself the most but after actually reading the other reviews this is not just a bad employee it’s bad management and training. What a joke.

I've been to a few Carls Jr's in the Phoenix area and the food is great and the staff alway friendly. But..... I have 2 complaints about their internet. 1. A few of them do not have wifi even though it says they do. 2. I can set up a new account, the message I keep getting is Ooops something went wrong. Anyway, since I love their burgers I will continue to go but with less expectations.

My food was not fresh, zuccinues were reheated, and all I tasted was old oilI stood in front of the registers for about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, never greeted, and just asked if I was ready to order. The atmosphere was just plain. the restaurant was clean. Average service.
