Messed up on my order and when I got home to eat, I ate half my sandwich before i seen what looked like a spider in my food. Not a spider but i honestly cant tell what it is. Might be hair that got cooked on the grill. Tried to call but nobody wants to answer the phone.

They have a policy about orders per car in the drive through because of the “timer.” No kore food runs for the your co workers because they’re basically forcing you to go into the lobby. What a terrible policy. Took em longer to explain the policy and get the manager to explain. However the manager was very kind on informing me of said policy.

Had to figure out how to cancel my order to get my money back. Any other time I come I am told to pull to the side and wait for my fast food. Not really good service at this location. The one on 19th Ave and baseline is a better option. A little further but worth it for better service.
