The chicken was so rubbery it was like they breaded a used bike tire and put it in the bun! You cost as much as a regular restaurant do better with the ingredients. This is why we never do fast food! Waste of time and money

My cashier and attendant who also brought me my food PARKING YELLOW BOX #3. LOLJason was working his fastest and managing the orders. But actually, someone who asked about my day, carried a conversation and made me laugh at the end of a long day. More people should be like him and carry positivity throughout the day. Terrible service. Used the app to order $40 of food. After waiting 15 minutes for my food, and watching people in the drive thru (who arrived after me) get their food and leave, I go inside to check on my order. I get a "we're working on it", delivered with a smirk. I go back to my car and wait another five minutes. Still nothing. As I'm on my way in to cancel my order, the worker is coming out. No "Sorry for the wait", nothing. Never coming here again. Do not recommend

We walked into the McDonald’s and heard the workers being loud and disrespectful cursing repeatedly. Then when we asked for service they said we could wait. One of the workers told us to fight him. We waited 20 minutes no service. The drive-thru was not busy when we arrived. Another customer claimed a worker was being racist to her because he thought she was black and is disrespectful every time she walks in. I believe it was the manager who was the main cause. We left with no food and no service.

Anytime my family comes here we are always asked to pull over for our food and wait even when theres almost no other customers. There's been more than once we've had to wait an hour for 2 or 3 items. It's usually at least a 30 min wait for just 1-2 items. We now actively make an effort to not come here because it's not worth the time or money. By the time you get the food it's usually not good either. I know it's not the workers fault and most likely a staffing issue but it makes it not worth spending the money.
