Very Disappointing ExperienceI visited the Subway at 4810 E Ray Rd, Suite A-1, Phoenix, AZ 85044 today and was truly disappointed. The sandwich I ordered was almost empty—the amount of ingredients was far below what’s expected. On top of that, the staff member behind the counter was cold and acted as if serving me was a burden. From a brand like Subway, I expect friendly service and consistent quality, but this visit was nothing like that. I hope the management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have the same unpleasant experience.The food itself was truly awful—stale bread and barely any fresh ingredients.I went there with my family, and I regret every dollar we spent on that sandwich; it was a complete waste of money.

We frequent this subway a lot, seeing as how it's close to our house. The quality and service has taken a massive advantage steady nose drive the last 6 months.Case in point - foot long nacho thingy. Burnt and I couldn't add/substitute anything? I just wanted some black olive on it, and would have gladly paid a bit more, but was adamantly told 'no'. Makes me sad.

Ms t and Lovell are amazing but truly big shoutout to all the staff always hooking it up with awesome customer service experience that makes my day. The store is always clean and put together and I really appreciate it. You guys keep it up !

It was horrible. The petite girl behind the counter with the long painted hair needs to find a job she loves, and follow protocol. Yukky food. I think it wrecked my desire to ever eat there again

Ordered tuna foot long but chicken teriyaki was punched. Server was apologetic. Spent like $16+ with two double choco and a drink. No wait. Ample parking. Open until 10pm daily.
