Placed an online order and the food was supposed to be ready at 515. I ordered two, 2 piece chicken meals and it came out about $29. I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order and was told it wasn't ready and to wait outside the front for 10 min and they'd bring it out. I only ordered 2 meals. Both meals were almost identical. Both meal sides were mac n cheese, one meal with broccoli, and one meal with salad. I did not get my food until about 5:40 pm. No one brought it out to me, I got tired of waiting and went inside and I saw my order just sitting on the counter. The food was cold by the time I got home. I'm pissed, not only was my time wasted, my money was wasted too! The chicken was dry and cold and chicken breast and dry wing was tiny. I will never ask my husband to take me to this El Pollo loco. I will be calling, and requesting a refund.

ALWAYS my go-to place for grilled chicken! This time I tried the 2 pork carnitas tacos & they had PLENTY of meat and other toppings. It was YUMMMMM!!! Service is always very fast and our orders are accurate. They always ask if I want anything extra like salsa etc. Employees are always smiley and friendly. Coupons make the meal totally worth it!

I think this place is truly under rated overall. Its never busy and one of my favorite go tos. Always the same amazing flavors, never had a bad meal and delicious! If you havent, try it. Anything on the menu is great!

I have been here a few times. Always a great product. But the customer service here is perfection!!!! Tonight Anna helped me. She was awesome. The sweetest woman I have ever come across. And then to watch her help others that needed alot of help ordering. She never lost her genuine smile and she was so sweet to the man. I had to tell her before I left. I believe if I looked up definition of perfection her picture would be there.Thank you Anna you are awesome!!!!And the guy cutting chicken with the bracelet he had helped me before. He is a nice guy as well. I dont know his name i was to nervous to ask. He is so good looking. But he also gave great customer service.Thanks guys!!!!!
