I had quite the poor experience this morning at this airport location. Half the menu screens are blank. The menu screens advertise 2/$5 breakfast sandwiches, when I went to order, the lady said we don’t have that deal. Then why is it being advertised in big bold letters above the register? Poor poor service and lack of apology.

It's a McDonald's so the bar is never really that high. Now having said that this place sets a bar that you could trip over. Slow, the staff looks like they have the enthusiasm of thorazine patients. The disorganization is staggering, the cleanliness is closer to what you'd expect at a hole in the wall truck stop dinner in the middle of nowhere. It used to be airport establishments held themselves to a higher standard.

This is where you go if you want your dreams to die. I was starving and the salty hot garbage that is McDonald’s sounded as though it would be mana from heaven. Upon making it to the counter, the worker appeared as though my very existence inconvenienced her and she informed me that they had no salty hot garbage. I don’t know how McDonald’s of all places has no salty hot garbage, but my soul died a little at that moment. Not only this the worker continued to look at me as if I had just committed an infraction against the Geneva convention. In the end I got no salty hot garbage, and was treated like dirt by the employees. Would not recommend this McDonald’s. Their ice cream machine is probably always broken too.

The payment has a trap and it makes me pay extra money. The system pressed donation whatever in the last step. When I got the final step of payment, the screen asked me round up or no thanks.As a professional digital interface technician, I am 1000% sure that I press no thanks and the interface immediately reacted round up and charged me money without my agreement. I am totally understand how busy and the expensive here it is. However the trap of usability and donation makes me feel awful and frustrated.
