My Egg and Sausage McMuffins were tasty and hot! My hash browns were nice and warm! And I finally found a McDonald’s here in Tempe that serves my chocolate chip cookies nice and warm instead of room temperature!!! 😀👍The service was nice, and fairly decent on time. 👍 it was about 10 minutes to 11 when I ordered my breakfast but the menus were set for after breakfast.The atmosphere and workers were respectful and kind. 👍 They seemed kinda glum but perhaps it was because they were working on the weekend and wanted to be doing something fun instead. It’s understandable. 👍

I would not recommend coming to this establishment if you are walking in and paying with cash. So there are 4 kiosks that u place your order then it gives you a receipt that you have to give to an employee so you can pay for your food (if paying in cash). The only problem is all the employees avoid helping the people in the front lobby like we all have covid. They drop off the food at the counter holler a name or number then turn around and stand there and stare at a screen until someone slides them a hamburger to put in a bag. I watched it happen. I asked 2 different employees if they can ring me up so i can keep it moving and they both told me to "wait 1 second". It took me 8 minutes just to pay for my food. They don't start making it until you pay, it took longer to pay than it did to get my food. I get 30 minutes for lunch, so that day I learned my lesson. Do not bring cash to that McDonald's. Besides that and the tea tastes horrible, it's not that bad of a spot. I been to worse.

The employees working on September 7th at 8pm all need to be HEAVILY retrained or better, fired. those helpless, drive-less, altogether confused employees are not good for McDonald's or their hungry customers. As a food service worker in the past, I was appalled and left without my coffee bc the order took my entire 30 minute lunch break and I still couldn't get the drink. Disgusting lack of work ethic.
