The bread was dry and stale. I couldn't even bite into it. The crust broke off into pieces and crumbled between my fingers. The cookies were also dry - they snapped in half. Crumbs.I feel like the service worker should have been able to tell the bread was dried out/stale before she made the sandwhich. She also put the sauce on top and didn't close the sandwhich all the way, then rolled it up. When I opened the packaging all the sauce was all on the paper, and not on my sandwhich.She was also chatting in Spanish across the glass to someone eating soup at customer table. I am assuming she was a coworker on her break. Maybe she was distracted.I paid $17 for food I couldn't eat. Soo disappointing.

worst experience ever! I had an issue with my mobile order the sandwiches were both messed up and completely wrong… I call to let them know and they were being so rude she told me to go in person and bring my receipt..etc. I get there and these girls start laughing in my face and did not want to remake the sandwiches. I am baffled on the way things got handled! Her name was Yesenia. She also had another worker name Karina who tried her best to remake sandwiches but Yesenia was not letting her. I am disgusted with this behavior! Cussing me out and she labeled herself as a “manager”Girl bye!

we came in to this location at 7:45pm we ordered 4 six inches and we told the girl they were gonna be all ham just one with cheese the rest no cheese and she went ahead and put cheese on all of them and toasted them they have the topping window covered so we couldn't see what she was putting on them, when we told her only one supposed to have cheese she rudely went to complain to her coworker in the back and she came back outside and said she was gonna help us then she proceed to scrapped the cheese off the sandwiches when it was already melted on the bread and everything, i nicely asked if she could just put new ham cause we cant have cheese and she said no cause it was a waste and she went ahead and kept taking the cheese off, we told her it wasn't our mistake we told the girl only one with cheese it was her mistake and she rudely said it was still a waste that she wasn't gonna replace the ham for a new one. We walked out mad very poor service at this location rushing everyone making it seem like they were closing and open sign was off already.

Came here last night (4/26/2022) and the service was terrible. Over looked the fact that the woman WORKING shamed a CUSTOMER for only speaking Spanish as soon as I came in, even though her coworker spoke Spanish.Then, their toaster was down.. Considering I was a manager for Subway, I knew the error code that was flashing, and it was because they shut the machine down too early, and the workers were trying to heat it up again for customers who were asking for it (2 hours before closing), but the workers were telling customers it "wasn't working"..Okay, I get it, you want to get out on time.. But then I ask for my veggies on the side (for my hot sandwich, which I will now have to heat at home) in a salad container instead of the PAPER, cookie bag they originally started putting my veggies in.. and was told I had PAY EXTRA. Pay extra because the WORKERS turned off the machines EARLY?? Absurd, so I denied.. Then I get home and realize my footlong Spicy Italian and turkey sandwich only have 6 slices of salami and pepperoni and 6 slices of turkey on them.. And while other people might be calling me cheap for this... that's Almost half the appropriate amount of meat for that sandwich, which means I'm paying full price for half the product... 🤨 And the worker was totally rude.. even though I was nice throughout the entire process, keeping my composure, remembering what it was like in my first job (at subway, might I add).I get it, good workers are hard to come by, but the woman working last night does not deserve a job, whatsoever, with the attitude, mannerism, and compassion of any good, kind hearted person, she clearly lacks that.

The lady Tiffany helped us today. I am so picky it’s almost annoying, but she was patient and kind and she made my wrap perfectly. This was the best experience I have ever had at a subway. Thank you so much!
