Called in to make an order over the phone which I frequently do for my lunch at work (just down the street) but this time the lady asked for my payment information over the phone. Never had this happen before and was a little sus’d out. Would be different if this was what they normally do but out of the dozens of phone orders this is the only one

Fantastic little sandwich shop, with a nice atmosphere thanks to a relaxed mismatched decor and groovy tunes played. This place has recently gotten a brand new menu, with new products and naming convention for the order sizes, so even if you have been here before it is worth of checking out again. A chance to pick fillings to your liking, out of a varied selection of fresh ingredients.

For starters, every person on staff has long hair including the men. I found a hair on the bottom of my soup. Didn't bother to bring it up since my soup was finished. This means the bowl was dirty. The sandwiches are super basic. You barely get any cold cuts. It's full of condiments. Not even a lot of them. At least subway you can see what they are putting in your food. Here is covered by a wall. The only thing different is that the sandwich is really toasty. That's it. Drinks are basic. Soups are basic. I ate here once and I probably won't ever eat here again. This is good if you like crunchy bread. They have 2 selections of bread. White or multi. 3 different sizes. Place is over budget for a sandwhich that tastes like a microwave circle k sub. Staff acted like working was a burden. This makes the experience worse.

We order potbelly’s to be delivered to the hospital and it is great every time! They have always gotten the order correct and always arrive on time if not early. I order online every time and it’s a pretty easy process. I just make sure I get the confirmation email after ordering. The delivery person has always been super nice. Definitely recommend!

decent well made sandwiches and soups...salads are ok just not as filling... definitely bring ur appetite - sizes are reg(6in) lrg(12in) - 2 reg sand 3 bags of chips 1 reg drink 1 water cup the bill was $24 - not a value meal but worth the "splurge"
