Send a young lady out with my order and to take my money. She repeats the order correctly. Should be no problem with the order with two direct interactions. Get to my room and it's wrong. Should have checked the reviews before I went. Seems like my experience is common. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I've been on a roll lately. Hopefully someone will give me a reason to leave a good review soon.

It's Sonic you get what you get. Fast food that has a high price tag. But the drinks are always amazing but again they are pricey. I love sonics drinks and the I e but you pay a lot for a drink. The food is just okay and definitely over priced for what you get

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!Disgruntled Customer! You better believe it! First they couldn't understand us through the speaker. It took them 3xs to understand our order! When we got home...The order was wrong! Everyone was upset 😡I had to leave my house in my nightgown and return to Sonic! The "Shift Manager, Osmando" was unwillingly to remake my order! No he'd rather I take Cold Food home to my family at now 10:30 at night!!!Go to a different Sonic!!!

Today is 8/4/23 and they gave me an expired cream cheese frosting. Not only a month old but 4 MONTHS OLD. I called and let them know about this and she said that “we froze it and only take it out when needed” and let her know that I got the cream cheese room temperature. I always look for expiration date since I had food poisoning experienced and it is not very nice experience. Her customer service is excellent though and she maintained her cool even though I know I kind of sound pissy and mad. Just be careful folks.
