Walked half a mile each way to get food at 10pm. Went to go in and doors were locked and they refused to let me order in the drive through. Update your damn hours or honor them!

Went through the drive-through ordered a Two cheeseburger meal. I paid and instead of giving me my order, they asked me to pull around and park in space number four. I’m sitting here parked now. It’s been seven minutes, still no food. I used to come to McDonald’s for the speedy service and convenience only.. if the product isn’t coming out fast, why bother coming here, it’s not really food is it?This is the second time I’ve experienced something like this. I’m not sure why anyone would want to pay money then drive away without my food and go park in a different location and wait hoping they bring my food out.

Fountain drink station in the dining area, but they don’t give you a cup to get a drink. People Still waiting on their food. They don’t have napkins in the dining area. Lady dropped off food but didn’t take the number back. Tables are all dirty and bathroom probably hasn’t been cleaned all weekend. I have had repeated issues with the drive thru at this location. Both lines were open and several cars were taken. After five minutes of being ignored, I wasn't in a hurry, I pulled forward and asked what the issue was. Not sure if I received a proper answer but I certainly didn't receive any compensation for my time. And this is the third time something like this has happened. The other were a wrong order that was very begrudgingly "fixed" with old food. And the other was a spilled cone, dumped on my hand, that was replaced with what I can only call a baby cone. I really want to change this review, please give me a reason.

The restaurant Cancelled my online order. Won’t give me a refund for their issue.Nick your team needs to do better this is the second day in a row your team gave me the wrong drink. Last week the Hispanic lady in the drive through charged me 4x the amount of my food after reading the order out loud to me. When I got receipt she had charged me 13$ instead of my usual 3-4$ order. This is unacceptable and over the past year this McDonald’s has significantly declined. I expect much better from a franchise.
