This is by far the best Wendy's location I've ever been to. It had nothing to do with the food. Don't get me wrong, the food is fresh and made just as expected. There's an employee here named Lamar who just goes above and beyond to help and has world class customer service. I witnessed him leading his team and creating a happy, energetic atmosphere. This location will go far with employees like Lamar. He should be an owner.

Person at drive thru, believe her name was Claudia, needs to learn to be respectful. Wendy’s needs to stop hiring rude, stuck up people if they want their business to thrive. I called and some girl named Megan answered the phone. She was hesitant on letting me know who her coworker was probably because she knew about what she had done. My dad simply asked if she spoke Spanish. and the lady said you speak English. Whatever beliefs, views, etc keep them out your work place. Let’s learn to respect others. This all happened on 9/22 around 11:05pm in case they didn’t give correct names. So whoever was on the clock around 11:05pm and was working drive thru and whoever answered the phone at 11:07pm.

Blonde girl at the window with the lip piercing is miserable and hates her job. I’ve never experienced such unnecessary rudeness at a drive thru window for no reason at all other than she’s having a bad day. And my orders wrong. Ordered a 6 piece and received 4. As a manager, I would not have this person as a customer facing employee. She lacks people skills.

Can't complain about the food. Unfortunately, the service was not helpful at all when we had questions about the kiosk they had an attitude helping, and there was a guy in a tank top inside the kitchen and cussing F...k this etc and they were letting dirty homeless serve drinks out of the soda machine which made me doubt how clean was my drink.

Cashier stole my debit card upon realizing and I had to deactivate it, took 15 mins in the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich with potatoes and a drink, haven't gotten the wrong order on a few occasions. Should be 0/5 but I have to give 1/5!
