Service was very slow and things felt a bit disorganized. They accidentally gave my order to someone else, so they had to remake it — but it still came out wrong, missing a few items and including something I didn’t order. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. On the bright side, the staff were polite and friendly, which I appreciate. if you do order here double triple and quadruple check everything us correct.

I live a few hundred feet and I am a millennial so I can’t help but swing in. I usually grab the 2$ coffee, well it’s crazy more. Also, I’ve had the people working there twice not give the driver my order (door dash) and cuss them out saying they already gave it to someone. They legit ate it. Door Dash has given me over 50$ in I’m sorry money due to this place messing with things or forgetting them completely. Fries crunch like a chip, or are still cold. Mcchickens have hard spots you cannot chew through around the edges. These people legit do not care. Every, single, order. Ive tried every few weeks for years and no turnaround in sight.

This is the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in my 50 years of life I waited 45 minutes altogether from the time that I got my Uber Eats order until the time that I left without my order the manager would not make eye contact nor would any of the associates that were in the business at the time the manager drop several drinks and my food was continuously sitting on the counter while I waited in the drive-through without any iContact or communication. I took pictures while I was being ignored and my customer told me she could cancel because she was told on the app so she would not get her money back
