What happened??This has always been my go to location because the others have really gone downhill with service. Now this one too? Customer service has really gone out the window…employees truly do not care anymore.Walked in at 230 today (10/19/2025) to order some subs. Placed my order then afterwards one of the girls said they didn’t have any white bread left. So you wait till after to tell me? Asked if they had more coming but they said “well we can make some but it takes about two hours soooooo”. Ok so at what point were you planning on making some? There were three loaves of rosemary(I had to ask what they were to get an answer) and 6 wheat total left. I ordered 3 giant 13s on rosemary, a 8 giant and a regular 7 on wheat. I had to repeat how I wanted my sandwiches made several times and still ended up wrong. When I pointed out what was missed it seemed as though I inconvenienced her in doing so. The one guy that was working couldn’t hear me because he had headphones on. The short girl made most of the sandwiches but felt like I was really just making life so difficult for her because I asked for pickles, vinaigrette and oil on side for one sandwich because my wife had planned to eat hers later and didn’t want it to be soggy. You would think that spending close to 100 dollars on sandwiches you would get treated just a little better. What an absolute shame.

Been a longtime fan of Jersey Mike's, particularly their #13 Italian, Big Kahuna (Regular and Chicken) Cheese Steaks, and Club Supreme subs. We've seen many Jersey Mike's sandwiches over the years, but on this particular night, Trinity prepared a giant Italian sub that was especially satisfying and very nicely prepared. I daresay it's probably the most photogenic Jersey Mike's sub I've ever seen, so I posted a review just for it and hope the pics speak for themselves. Kudos to Trinity for being friendly and giving us a great meal experience thanks to her expert sandwich preparation and presentation. The sub was tasty, filling, and very enjoyable -- probably the best example of a #13 Italian that we've ever seen. We'll definitely be coming back to this Jersey Mike's location in the future.

This location served me 3 times when I explained I’m allergic to celery. Tonight I came by the girl who was working said it will be fine just a 15 minute wait no problem. While waiting I was approached by what I’m assuming is the manger, keep in mind I waited 10 minutes by now and he explains they are not able to serve me.

They don't proof their bread before baking it so their sandwiches can't even contain food. They will intentionally mess up orders for delivery because they know you can't do anything about it

I wanted to post my experiences at Jersey Mike's Sandwich Shops.I travel all over the state and frequently eat lunch at a Jersey Mike's convenient on my route. It became apparent that one store stood out, and I found myself wanting to return to it every time lunch time rolled around. I was thinking why that one store what was it that drew me to this one location they all pretty much make the same sandwiches. But when I walked in, I was greeted with an energetic "Hello, welcome to Jersey Mike's!" This time, it was Hailey, and next to her was Urial with a warm welcoming smile. The previous day, it was Adirianna Hector and Leilani with that same energetic and welcoming address. This store has a very cohesive team approach, and customer service is infectious. This store is always intent on making each sandwich just the way it is requested, adding in the wanted condiments. From Trinity's smile and Lexus's commitment to getting the sandwiches quickly, the way Ryan and the rest of the team support the new hires like most recent Laura and Jahmeir. They are truly inspiring and a joy to watch their approach to getting the tasks accomplished and dealing with the mad rush we call lunch time as a cooperative team. For this group, it's "CRUNCH TIME," and they get it done. I have only witnessed one unhappy customer interaction, and Hailey handled it with courtesy and professionalism.I hope I got all the names & spelling correct and recognized everyone at this store because they earn it every day! This may sound contrived and corny, but I got to know them by their names because of their outgoing reception. All of them try to make my sandwich from memory, and they usually 100% correct. Sometimes people just learn to cooperate and work together and it makes the job more enjoyable for themselves and especially the customers. This store is always clean and well supplied. Tables are always ready to sit down and relax for lunch.I just call it the the Jersey Mike's that I enjoy going to, and the interaction with my friends at the sandwich shop is the reason.
