Where to start....I guess from the beginning.After I stood at the counter for 5 min,someone finally acknowledged me and motioned to another person to help me. She scowled and huffed before rearing herself to the register. Whereas I proceeded to place my order. The person taking my order was on her cell phone,on speaker, talking to a lady about the free lettuce she was going to give her. Meanwhile I sit and wait for 15 min,only having to ask about my order since people before me were being served. It turns out my food was sitting on the counter getting cold. When I asked if it were mine the "manager" shoved the bag in my direction. I must've interrupted another free food phone call. Upon opening the wrapper to my burger,I found cheese,I asked 3 tines,no cheese. I know it's difficult to run a business while on the phone.....This location is filthy. It would appear that the same person not cleaning the bathrooms is also doing the same lack of work in the lobby,parking lot and the KITCHEN. This particular store needs new staff. Yet, the details—those ever-telling details—revealed fingerprints across the windows and chairs, suggesting that while the broad strokes of cleanliness are maintained, the finer polish is still awaiting its moment of attention.Service was admirably punctual. A Mocha Sweet Cream Iced Coffee arrived at 8:21 AM, cool and sweet, followed briskly at 8:23 AM by the remainder of my order. Such timing betrays a well-coordinated kitchen staff, moving with quiet precision behind the counter.This location is not unfamiliar to me; on past visits, I’ve found a similar rhythm: efficiency, consistency, and a reassuring predictability. It is, in essence, a well-run outpost of the Jack in the Box chain. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible experience ever. I ordered the sour patch kids slushie and got the watermelon lemonade. I ask if the lady can remake it but she was annoyed and ignored me, then when other Hispanic people came in she ignored me and took their order and kept telling me I got I slushee I know I got a slushie, then she said I couldn’t get a refund and was being rude because of my skin color, she does this every time and I’m sick of it. Then I tried to call for the manager and she proceeds to be rude on the phone. That worker sucks.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get food pictures as we were too excited to dig in! The loaded tiny tacos were delicious and the perfect size for a small meal or for someone watching calories but still want to go out to eat. The double jack with curly fries and the avocado ranch dip was, also, a hit. We will definitely be ordering those items again
