Four Peaks Brewing Company Menu
Mainstay Beers
- Kilt Lifter Amber Ale
This flagship brew of Four Peaks Brewing is the perfect blend of roasted barley and caramel, with a nod to its Scottish inspiration.
- Hazy Daydream IPA
We said we would never brew a hazy IPA. We lied. This delightfully cloudy ale is brewed with oats and flaked Sonoran White Wheat, then is dry-hopped—not once, but twice!—with Sabro and Mosaic hops for intensely juicy flavors of guava, kiwi, and passionfruit. Embrace the haze. We did.
- Hop Knot West Coast IPA
Hop Knot features five American hop varieties—Bravo, Glacier, Liberty, Simcoe, and Cascade—woven into the brewing process at seven different intervals for bold hop flavor intertwined with crisp, clean bitterness. It’s knot your average IPA.
- WOW Wheat
Each drop of this wondrous wheat beer is infused with two things: sweet orange peel and the spirit of giving. A percentage of sales goes straight to The Joy Bus, a Phoenix-based nonprofit that aims to elevate the quality of life for homebound cancer patients through home-cooked meals and friendly conversation. A beer that not only tastes great, but also supports a great cause? Wow.
- WOW Berry
Just when you thought WOW Wheat couldn’t get any better, we went and took it to the next level. WOW Berry is everything you love about our refreshing, beautifully balanced wheat beer—but instead of orange peel, we’ve infused it with the perfect blend of wild berries. It delivers the same smooth mouthfeel and crisp finish as the original, with a mellow aroma and exceptional berry flavor that sets it apart.
- Cosmic Daydream West Coast IPA
Cosmic Daydream IPA is your gateway to an interstellar flavor odyssey. Built on a crisp Pilsner malt foundation, this IPA is refreshingly light, with an otherworldly hop profile. Dry-hopped with Strata, Citra, Motueka, and Sabro hops. It has notes of tropical fruit, zesty citrus, and whispers of coconut. Each sip strikes a perfect balance between bright hop bitterness and a smooth, clean finish. So strap on your space suit and let Cosmic Daydream whisk you away on a flavor journey across the universe, one sip at a time.
- Peach Ale
Little-known fact: Arizona grows some prime peaches. This delicious golden ale is infused with the fruit to give you all of the peach with none of the sweet.
- Golden Lager
Two decades in the making, our Golden Lager is brewed with some of the world’s most celebrated lager yeast for an authentic, elegant flavor befitting the beer’s bright color. Grab a can and drink deep—you just struck gold.
- Sunsbru
Brilliantly clear, bright gold and subtly flavored, Sunbru is one of Four Peaks’ most drinkable beers. But “drinkable” doesn’t mean “simple;” Sunbru took home gold at the World Beer Cup in 2012. When brewers from Cologne—the city in which the style was invented—are asking you for your recipe, you know you’ve got a beer worthy of being called Kölsch.
- Bad Birdie Juicy Golden Ale
In collaboration with the Bad Birdie golf brand, our Bad Birdie Juicy Golden Ale is a crisp and crushable beer with a touch of juicy flavor to help match the bold personality of Bad Birdie. This delicious beer captures the essence of a perfect day on the course and keeps you cool in the sun. Whether you’re enjoying a round of golf or kicking back with friends, Bad Birdie is the perfect beer for any occasion.
- 8th Street English Pale Ale
A true “session” beer, our 8th Street Pale Ale is styled after the classic pub ales of England. Hop varieties native to the U.K. give the beer an earthy, floral aroma deftly balanced by the perfect amount of caramel malt. They say you can’t please everyone all the time—but they haven’t tried 8th Street.
- Pumpkin Porter (Seasonal)
Hallowed throughout the Southwest, this frightfully tasty porter combines all the things that make a great pumpkin pie: nutmeg, allspice, ground clove, a little ginger, and pumpkin. Drink one down and you’ll learn something the hordes of beer fans who eagerly await its arrival each year already know: It’s not really autumn until that first sip of Pumpkin Porter.
- Oktoberfest (Seasonal)
Traveling to the Oktoberfest celebration each year can get expensive, but not to worry: With elegant malt flavor, a kiss of herbal hops and a light finish that encourages drinking, our Oktoberfest is as authentic a festbier as you’ll find outside Munich—no airfare required.
- Kühl Beans (Seasonal)
What’s cooler than cool? Kühl. The German word means “chilly,” and conveys how we cold-steep this robust porter with locally roasted Monsooned Malabar coffee beans, which are exposed to monsoon winds for several months to allow the beans to swell in size, lose their acidity and acquire mellow flavors of baker’s chocolate and earth. We then infuse the beer with fresh Madagascar vanilla beans for a soothing ice cream note. Pretty kühl, huh?
- Sirius Black (Seasonal)
Our Russian imperial stout is named for Sirius, or the Dog Star, the brightest star in the black night sky. Flavored with licorice root and cold-brewed Monsooned Malabar coffee, this beer becomes even more brilliant after spending several months in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. When you taste a barrel-aged stout as complex and dazzling as this, you know it's Sirius.
- Double Pumpkin Porter (Seasonal)
It’s not enough that we make the most popular and best-selling seasonal beer in Arizona, Pumpkin Porter; it seems the people always want something more. Something … bigger. So in 2014, we heard their cries and created Double Pumpkin, an Imperial Pumpkin Porter. We increased the spices. We upped the maltiness. We boosted the body. And in the end, we created what we think is a sublime (and flavorful) evolution of Arizona’s best fall seasonal.
- Barrel-Aged Kilt Lifter Amber Ale (Seasonal)
A year of slumber inside freshly emptied Four Roses bourbon barrels gives our award-winning Scottish ale a wee kick of caramel, vanilla and whiskey.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We came here at 7:55pm to learn they have happy hour at 8:00! Great! I had the Bad Birdie ( too sweet for me) and the Wow. We had nachos, crab cakes, and AZ chicken roll. Skip the chicken roll it was boring. The nachos were great and salmon cakes good. Good sauce with crab cakes. We sat outside which was nice. They have fun Halloween decorations. Lots of parking.
October 06 · Heidi MayerA fantastic spot to kick back and chill with friends, offering a lively atmosphere and lovely hospitality. The service is top-notch, making you feel right at home. Their pepperoni pizza is an absolute standout—bursting with flavor! With a solid selection of brews, there’s something for every beer lover. Plenty of street parking and indoor seating make it super convenient, and with screens everywhere, it’s a prime spot to catch the game. Highly recommend!
August 11 · Bimal SivadasI'm so glad I came here today. I'm a huge pumpkin beer fan, and I just had the best one!I enjoyed the Double Pumpkin Barrel Aged Porter. Had a very deep porter flavor, with slight sweetness of pumpkin and whiskey. I also had the fish and sweet potato fries. They were excellent. My server Delaney was fantastic. Very good attitude and just wonderful service. I'm so glad that I stopped by here.
August 12 · Jacob WilkinsGirls’ night approved!Stopped by Four Peaks Brewing Company in Tempe just for drinks and dessert with the girls, and it did not disappoint. We sat at the first bar and I ordered the Pink Pony Club (vodka + peach schnapps = dreamy), and it was the perfect summer cocktail — light, fruity, and dangerously easy to drink. For dessert, we shared the summer lemon bars with coconut ice cream, and wow. The lemon bars were tart and buttery, and that coconut ice cream was next-level — creamy, refreshing, and not too sweet.Vibes were chill, service was fast, and the whole spot had a great local Tempe energy. Will definitely be back — maybe next time for the full dinner menu!
July 22 · DaniAbsolutely love this place!!! Been coming here for years now. The drinks AND food are both tremendous (can't say the same about other breweries in the valley). Love the atmosphere and the staff is always so friendly, if you're in the area try this place! (Try a peach beer) 10/10!
