Worst service I’ve ever received in my life. Ordered on the app for the drive through and came in to get my food instead. They told me they were working on it. 20 minutes later my friend orders and gets his food in under 3 minutes. When I asked for my food for the second time, they looked at me as if I were stupid and told me they were working on it. 10 minutes later I ask for a manager because I just want my food, he comes out and gives me attitude and tells me I shouldve gone through drive through. He takes another 15 minutes to bring me my food. Rude and lazy service, worst restaurant experience I’ve had in the last 10 years.

I asked about her name and he told me her name was Jessica. I asked to speak to her but she refused. I went to the drive thru in a super great mood only to be looked at with attitude by the manager Maddie? Some girl in a red shirt. She gave us the food and no drink, caught an ugly attitude when I said I needed my drink and ketchup. She then let a regular worker wait while the lines filled just so they could give me diet and laugh about it. When I got home, I called to complain- the young man hung up on me and now they won't take my call.THIS MCDONALDS IS TRASH SERVICE.The manager had an attitude. If you don't like your job, quit. Don't treat your customers the way you feel, miserable.

The managers are ridiculously rude ! I got yelled at just because they felt my meal was "Difficult" didn't have any customer service skills, she even refused me serviced this was dated on 10/8/2025 Approximately 8:30AM this was. horrible experience and I will make sure to reach corporate on this, this could had been handled way different but instead there was no understanding

They did not include my drink with the meal, and when I asked for it, they told me to go back in line (we were in front of the window). I told the workers that why would I go back in line if it was their fault? But he kept saying that I had to go back in line and he said "Do not make me repeat it again" in a rude tone. The workers were rude and not professional. Do not go to this McDonald’s. It was the worst experience that I had at McDonald’s. I understand that sometimes workers could be tired, especially if they are working a night shift, but it does not give them the right to be rude to customers.
