If there was an option for no stars they would have any! Terrible service! Terrible food! Waited over 30 minutes for cold food and my son’s happy meal literally only have like 6 single fries! & I ordered way ahead! 2 young kids playing outside bellowing breaking down 2 boxes and then they stayed behind the dumpster for 8 minutes on their phones! All these kids they hire don’t do their jobs or if they are they have no work ethic! Just sad and disappointing!

It's amazing how horrible McDonald's has become and we as customers still continue to go, spending our money, for the slowest, poorest customer service around. The employees, most of them, are rude, and uncaring in most of what they do. And become ruder if you ask for a manager. I use the app to order and pick up in the drive thru, so I only spend 15 minutes in line on average, because it's faster than any other way they offer. My order usually is still incorrect, and has been on my last two visits.My biggest concern is the fries that are warm or cold and rarely anything like they should be. I don't want anything for free, and have definitely paid the highest price I have ever for fast food. I just want what I've paid for and the pictures are unexcusable by any standard.But if I accept it, or anyone else who's reading this accepts it, and does not say anything. We become "the bad guys holding up the line making a fuse over a couple of fries 🍟 or dollars."Look, red box.No, I just want what I paid for and what they advertise as serving. And while I was on the side waiting I still waited another 20 mins. This place does not communicate or work good. Knowing you are a fast food place again!!! This place just sucks. This is the only worse McDonald ever.

This unfortunately is my neighborhood McDonald’s that I have regularly frequented with no issues. There is a common influx of homeless traffic that are in and out of this place. I understand staff has to address certain things regarding stealing soda etc. But there is a lead or supervisor there that has poor customer service and borderline bully when it comes to talking to people. I just left there after being accused of “screenshotting “ mobile order. What?! Say it loud enough for everyone to hear, instead of trying to understand what the issue is that my mobile order is not appearing on your screen. I was a regular customer that arrives in car or foot with or without my child. I am not homeless or steal anything and I am not disrespectful to staff. In fact, there are some excellent employees working there that I have personally given great feedback on in the survey receipts. Too bad they have to work for this lead or supervisor who needs to be reprimanded and provide apology before I consider returning as a customer. The lead or supervisor had said openly to a customer that he doesn’t like being disrespected, well neither do I! Upper management, the incident happened an hour ago today’s date with plenty of witnesses.
