The customer service was terrible. The young man taking my order was rude and unfriendly. When I got my guac burger, I found a piece of plastic (or possibly a glove) in it. It was absolutely disgusting—I ended up throwing up my food. This is a serious issue. I don’t even know if I accidentally ate some of it, but I felt a long plastic-like piece in the back of my throat and had to pull it out. Completely unacceptable.April 3,2025 - UPDATE REVIEWNo one has contacted me from the fast food restaurant. I received an automated email saying the general manager was going to reach out. It’s been a month, and nothing. Next step, going to file a complaint with the BBB.

Jenni was awesome helped us out with or meal and got us a better deal ...the California burger is a lil small but that's nothing to do with the excellent service we got.

Jennifer was polite when she took my order and made sure my order was fresh and had all the extra toppings I ordered. They know how to make even a Karen happy, lets just put it that way. Ray was cleaning and I noticed because the whole lobby was spotless and smelling good. Cristina was cooking and she made my food delivered it hot and the burger looked like the ones in the commercials no BS.

Service was great and the order was prepared quickly and correctly. Food tasted great as well. Really not much more you can ask for. Its in a pretty rough area but if you need a quick bite to eat, this is the spot.
