★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Walked into bird talk already knowing I’m going to like their food as I’m a frequent flyer, but this time was exceptionally great. Todd helped me at the register and greeted me with a warm smile and letting me know about their new seafood section of their menu. I asked about a sauce and he promptly said “let me grab that”, brought back fresh fries with two different sauces that were delicious and the fresh crab was amazing! On top of the wonderful service their new menu items are beyond good. Im not a regular reviewer but the service and food today called for five stars.
September 07 · Shelby BrownI was so disappointed. The sandwhich was the size of a hot n spicy from McDonalds. It looks nothing like the pictures. The mac n cheese was bland. The tenders were good, Nashville flavor, but the amount of oil was so off putting.
May 13 · Biridiana GarciaTheir chicken sandwiches are solid, the loaded fries are excellent as they come in so many different variations. But let me tell you about that shrimp sandwich, the po boy. It’s so good. The quality of the bread they use to the breading of the shrimp is perfect. I even enjoyed their grilled chicken sandwich. I love the fact that they have Kool-Aid. Overall prices are very reasonable and you get a lot of value. And I love the fact that they have tater tots because I love tater tots so much.
September 02 · A.J. CPretty okay chicken sandwich pop-up that likely won’t last long, so get here before it’s gone, or don’t.Nothing really new or special about this place. $14 chicken sandwich combo comes with a side and sauce of your choice, no drink. My Nashville Chicken Sandwich was fine, but no bigger than a Popeye’s, and not nearly as flavorful. Pretty certain it gave me the runs.Tots were solid, and the serving size was decent. The ranch might’ve been house made, but could also be bulk ranch with some seasoning mixed in, hard to tell.Front of house staff was friendly enough, but completely lacking enthusiasm or personality. She sat on her phone as I watched my food sit in the window for awhile, and I waited til the kitchen staff finally came back and rang the bell to get her attention.BirdTalk has a lot of pizazz and flair on offer, but is lacking in flavor, customer service, and value. Service is a bit on the apathetic side, in both front and back of house, with zero communication between the two. Not a good recipe for longevity in a hyper competitive chicken sandwich market.Only bummer is my google review will only survive as long as the restaurant, which wont be long.
March 17 · RyanSaw this place on my lunch break and glad I found it. Food is delicious. Ordered to go amd when I stopped the was no one inside eating. Small area to sit in and eat but the food is well worth it. The wall art and stickers are GREAT...
